With a background in communications and real estate, Leslie Mason has honed her skills in relationship-building. Helping people navigate the complicated process of making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, she’s adept at managing the emotional complexity of big dollar transactions.

Mason was drawn to this special project and its unique opportunity to uplift Indigenous voices, help restore habitat, and share the story of Willamette Falls by giving access to people to experience it for themselves.

Having grown up in Salem, she remembers trips to Oregon City and stopping at the overlook on the way home. Always a beautiful experience, it wasn’t until she saw it up close that it truly took her breath away. And now she’s working to make sure everyone gets that opportunity someday.
