Willamette Falls Trust welcomes new board members committed to restoring public access to one of Oregon’s natural wonders

Willamette Falls Trust recently expanded its Board of Directors with three new members who bring their expertise in conservation, collaboration, and cultural stewardship.

Brigette McConville, Willamette Falls Trust Board Member

Brigette McConville, a fisherwoman, business owner, artist, and cultural anthropologist with the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.

McConville served on the Warm Springs Tribal Council from 2016 to 2022 and was re-elected in 2025 to serve another term. She is also in her 13th year as a commissioner on the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC) and has worked extensively with both children and elders to support cultural education and knowledge sharing.

“The Tribes are leading this project for the benefit of everybody,” McConville said. “The history of Willamette Falls is shared by many. I value the opportunity to serve on the Trust board and to work together to share this significant and meaningful place with the community, the region, and the world.”

Veronica Ramos Dullack, Willamette Falls Trust Board Member

Veronica Ramos Dullack, a sustainability and governance leader whose work focuses on protecting ecosystems, elevating underrepresented voices, and driving community impact.

Dullack is the Founder of Alder Advisory in Portland and previously served as Senior Vice President of Global ESG & Sustainability at the world's largest music entertainment company. She co-founded and chaired the Music Industry Climate Collective, bringing competing major record labels and industry stakeholders together to drive systemic change.

"I am looking forward to strengthening and sustaining the mission of Willamette Falls Trust," Dullack shared. "Beyond my governance, financial and sustainability expertise, I bring deep local investment as a resident, land steward and advocate for conservation and equity in the Pacific Northwest."

Charles "Chuck" Hudson, Willamette Falls Trust Board Member

Charles Hudson, a Mandan-Hidatsa tribal member and former governmental affairs director for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission in Portland.

In 2016, Hudson formed the Many Dances Family Fund at the Oregon Community Foundation. Overseen by Hudson and his three sons, the Fund focuses on land stewardship, outdoors, ethics, homelessness, food sovereignty, addiction/recovery and the growing movement to reintegrate traditional, healthful diets into people’s lives.

"The goals of the Trust are so fundamentally good and true...reconnecting people with one of America's great waterfalls,” Hudson said. “Much of my career was spent in pursuit of tribal and public cooperation. The Trust walks that talk. There is a "Wow" moment waiting. I’m excited to be on board and push toward that moment."
