Veronica Dullack

Founder and Principal, Alder Advisory

Veronica is a sustainability and governance leader whose work has focused on protecting ecosystems, elevating underrepresented voices, and driving community impact. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global ESG & Sustainability at Universal Music Group, where she built the company’s first sustainability department and led its climate action initiatives worldwide.

Veronica’s commitment to stewardship is also deeply personal. She and her family chose to make the Pacific Northwest their home, where she serves on the Forest Park Neighborhood Association Board and Land Use Committee, advocating for habitat restoration and responsible development. A proud first-generation Mexican American with Indigenous roots, she understands the importance of honoring and protecting ancestral lands.

Veronica also brings social impact leadership as Co-Founder and Chair of the Music Industry Climate Collective, where she fostered industry-wide collaboration on sustainability, and as a Founding Member of Chief's San Francisco cohort, a national network of senior women executives committed to maximizing their impact and inclusive leadership.

Joining the Willamette Falls Trust Board is an opportunity for her to help preserve this vital cultural and ecological landmark, expand equitable access to the falls, and ensure its legacy for future generations.
